I love giving presents.  One of my greatest joys is finding something something that I know the person will love, wrapping it up all pretty, and watching them open it up.  It's my way of showing friends and loved ones that I care about them.  Material things may not take the place of expressing feelings and showing emotions, but they can be a symbol of love, and for that I'm grateful.
