Tonight was a lesson in patience, and staying calm in a moment of frustration.  I got home to find myself locked out of my apartment...maintenance guy Ron had locked the dead bolt on the back door when he left which I don't have a key for.  Chain was on the front door so I had no way to get in.  Luckily I had Ron's phone number and he was able to send out maintenance guy Miguel to cut the chain on the front door to let me in.  The whole process took about 45 minutes.  It tried my patience but I'm grateful to have such nice people working for my apartment management team that could get me in without too much hassle.  I was thinking today about how nice it would be if we were all kind to each other...no more pride, road rage, dirty looks, eye rolling, gossiping...it's a nice thought.
