I've spent a lot of time in the car the last week.  36 hours, but who's counting?  And as the passenger, I spent a lot of time gazing out the side mirror.  And it reminded me, you're never going to see what's in front of you if you keep looking back at the past.  The past has been written and can not be changed.  The future is not certain, and that is scary...but does not mean we can't look to it with the promise and hope of something awesome lying ahead.  So today I'm grateful to gain this perspective and hope to keep it in mind everyday.
